RESOURCES FOR THE KAYAK DIVER: Sit-on-top kayaks have made it possible for scuba divers, snorklers, and free divers to paddle out to remote dive sites and dive from a small boat that is quiet, non-polluting. There is no long and often dangerous surface swim that consumes a lot of air from your tank. No dive boat to charter or maintain. And a small a boat and anchor impact the environment and wildlife minimally. Your kayak is a safety platform and, with the addition of a dive flag, marks your dive site well. Simply put, there is no better way for an experienced diver to get to their site. We have compiled several articles from several sources to help educate and stimulate kayakers and divers. Links in each article lead the reader to more information on the subject. Please visit these sites to get the whole story on each of these dive kayaker's unique advice and experiences.
